Platform Demo: A Case Study on the Restaurant Business
The context:
- Imagine you are the owner of Mastro's Ocean Club, a sophisticated steakhouse restaurant located in the vibrant heart of Las Vegas.
- Your restaurant is one of the 158 steakhouses within the city's landscape, and one of 3990 opening restaurants in the whole city.
- You want your restaurant to stay ahead of the competition in a highly competitive market like Las Vegas;
- You want a comprehensive, data-driven view with metrics and insights of your business' service quality, online social presence, and competition in your geographical area.
The Challenges
As a business owner, you have to consider the following factors...
- Customers looks up where they should eat in their area, and almost certainly they will see your restaurant's reviews and ratings (alongside those of other restaurants).
- A recent survey revealed that 86% of users prefer using the internet to find authentic information about products and services.
- In the F&B industry, for example, this translates into potential revenue if customers choose to visit your business.
You seek a data-driven approach that guarantees a competitive edge in running the business;
an all-in-one platform capable of consolidating scattered data from various sources and extracting the critical insights
necessary to make informed decisions.
